In honour of World Book Day! Dru and Fi have put together a FAB window display. Can’t think where Dru got the inspiration for the illustration! Perhaps the iconic photo of a bookseller in Rabat surrounded by books that a customer sent us!

We are a small independent bookshop in the historic market town of Wallingford in Oxfordshire. We have around 6,000 books in stock and are usually able to get books that we don't have in the shop for you next working day. Pop in and browse, or ask one of our booksellers for some suggestions - we love to help!

If you can't visit us, you can contact us to place an order, or shop online.

Please note: Closed Bank Holiday Monday except for Book Club in the evening.

"Hugely knowledgable and really friendly staff. This bookshop
