Helen

Bought the bookshop in 2022 having fallen in love with it many years before. And yes, running a bookshop is the best job in the world. Responsible for everything really but particularly our work with schools, the events programme and for ensuring that the emergency biscuit tin is kept well-stocked.

Reads? Everything. Loves it when customers recommend her their favourite book.
