Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following information:

• Payment information (for your security when you purchase a product through our website, over the telephone or in our physical shop we do not retain your credit card information. That information passes from you to the payment processor. Our payment processors are PayPal online and Barclaycard Payment Solutions.

• Requests, reviews and opinions

• Any other data you may decide to submit to us.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION:

When you order something on our website, by telephone or in person at our physical shop, the information you provide to us is only used to complete that order. We do not share your data with any other person or entity except when required to do so to complete your order. We do not use your data for marketing purposes.

If you take out, or are gifted, a book subscription, we ask you to complete a questionnaire so that we can determine your reading tastes,  post your books to you or to occasionally query something relating to your subscription. We do not share this data and do not use it for marketing purposes.

On our website you can choose to sign up to our newsletter using your email address. We will use that email address only for that purpose and will not share it with any other person or entity other than with Wix.com which is the entity we use to dispatch our newsletters. Credit Card companies and other payment providers in order to verify card payments and/or process refunds. We do not keep a record of your payment information.
