We understand that school life is incredibly busy, and can all too often be driven by results, whilst being restricted by budgets. Our aim is to make your life easier when you work with us
School book fairs
We believe that a school book fair is an opportunity to create a real buzz about reading.
​That's why we tailor our book fairs to your school. We will meet with your literacy lead / librarian beforehand to determine everything needed to make your fair a success.
On the day, we'll arrive with boxes of newly published books, display them attractively by age group and then one of our bookselling team will stay to offer recommendations and run the fair for you. We can accept most methods of payment, depending on the age of the cohort and your preference. You will get a percentage of sales to spend on books for your school along with some very excited readers!
Prize Giving
Prize Curation:
Let us give you a curated list of perfect book prizes that pupils (and their parents) will love. Send us a list of the prizes to be awarded (e.g. English, Yr 3 x 2) and your budget and let us do the rest. We'll send you a spreadsheet of our suggestions as part of a quotation, and once you're happy with the list we'll place the order, box them up and deliver your prizes on a date to suit. Each box will contain a contents sheet, and we can box prizes to your specification (i.e. by year group or subject).
Ordering Service:
If you prefer to curate the prizes yourselves, no problem! Let us know what you'd like and we'll get cracking. We'll provide you with a quote, and if it's acceptable, we'll order them and deliver them to you as above.
National Book Tokens:
We are registered with National Book Tokens, and can issue booktokens in bulk. We can also arrange to have them personalised with your school logo (although this may incur an extra charge).
Author events
Author events are fantastic for inspiring children to engage with books, reading and writing.
We are able to:

Supply books for your author event. We will design and email you an order form to distribute to parents before the day.

Run a pop-up bookshop on the day to sell books and assist with author signings.

Source authors for your school. Authors love to meet their fans, and often make themselves available for school visits. There may be a charge to cover the author's time and expenses. Quotes vary from author to author and are available on request.

Library Audit and Curation
Our team has experience working in schools and we understand just how beneficial a vibrant and inclusive school library can be. For a small fee which will be offset against any orders above £800, we can spend a day auditing your library and then curating an up to date selection of fantastic books to fill any gaps.​

Book Vending Machine Supply
We can curate and supply books for your book vending machines that your students will love! The books will be newly published, various genres, will cater for all reading abilities and will be just the right size!

Topic Curation
We can curate and provide you with a selection of up to date books on key topics. Just tell us the year group, topic and number of books required and let us do the rest. Whether it's rainforests for reception or space in Yr 7, we can help you find the perfect books to engage and enthuse.

Including monthly class book subscription service, book scholarships for pupils who have limited access to books at home, and gift lists for libraries, so do come and chat to us if you'd like to hear more about these, or would like to discuss a new book-related initiative.
